Waiver Application Fee

**Only pay the UIL Waiver Application Fee after application has been completed and all documents have been submitted through the UIL Portal.**

DO NOT submit a payment here if you are not using the UIL Portal for your waiver application. If using a paper application, you must mail the payment when the application is sent to the UIL Waiver Office.

Notice: By clicking "I agree to terms below", you hereby agree to pay the non-refundable $100 waiver filing fee to the University Interscholastic League for the student(s) listed. Payment does not guarantee that student(s) will be ruled eligible. 
Siblings should only pay one $100 application fee. Do not make multiple payments for siblings. Please list all the siblings' names in the field above.

Payment Options

  • Credit Card: Visa and MasterCard only
  • School Check, Money Order, or Cashier's Check.
    • If you choose to pay using a school check, money order, or cashier’s check, please mail the waiver application, required documentation, and payment to:

  • Waivers will NOT be processed with a purchase order (PO). Payment must be received before a waiver application is processed.
