Ordering Instructions:
1. Order this item at least four weeks prior to meet date for meets held Nov. 1- April 1.
THIS PRODUCT CAN NOT BE USED BEFORE NOVEMBER 1.
2. Date of meet and verification of principal's certification of meet is required. Fill in information requested above.
3. Orders must be place & payment (PO, credit card, or check) must be received by the UIL Office at least four weeks (30 days) before your meet date.
4. Orders will be emailed to the purchaser 1-2 weeks before meet date. Please write the email address we should send the materials to in the field above.

NOTE: If you order stock # Digital-0505, you DO NOT need to order this item (SKU: Digital-0506). All writing event materials in this product (Digital-0506) are included in Digital-0505.
If you are purchasing these writing materials because you notated "November Writing" for your district meet that you scheduled in December, be sure to include the meet date for the writing events so that our office knows when to send you the materials.
