Return & Exchange Policy:
Physical Items
- Unused physical items purchased from the UIL may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of the order date or 30 days from the shipment date (if the order required shipping), whichever is later.
- The UIL is not responsible for defective physical items reported more than 30 days after the shipment date.
Digital Items
- All digital downloads, including downloadable videos, are non-returnable, non-exchangeable, and non-refundable once access has been granted.
- For credit card payments, access to digital downloads is granted immediately after the order is placed.
- For payments by check or purchase order, access is granted once the payment is received, processed, and the order status is marked “Completed.”
Digital + Physical Bundles
- If you purchase a package that includes both a digital download and a physical item, you may receive a partial refund if the unused physical item is returned within the 30-day return period.
- The digital download portion of the package is non-refundable.

About Us:
The University Interscholastic League (UIL) was created by The University of Texas at Austin to provide leadership and guidance to public school debate and athletic teachers. Since 1910 the UIL has grown into the largest inter-school organization of its kind in the world. The UIL continues to operate as part of The University of Texas, under the auspices of the Vice President for Diversity & Community Engagement.
The UIL exists to provide educational extracurricular academic, athletic, and music contests. The initials UIL have come to represent quality educational competition administered by school people on an equitable basis.
